Synopsis
InfoNetrix is an established leader in technical market research and consulting services for utility automation and information technology (IT) markets. The firm was launched in 2002 to fulfill a growing need for reliable tactical and strategic market intelligence focused on the burgeoning utility automation/IT marketplace. InfoNetrix clientele includes energy and utility automation suppliers; energy companies; electric, gas and water/wastewater utilities; technical and financial consulting firms; and others with automation and information technology market interests.

From its inception, InfoNetrix grew quickly from a two-person operation into a network of highly skilled and experienced market research analysts and consulting professionals based in cities across North America. The firm’s rapid expansion has resulted in a client base with broad involvement in major global utility markets and applications. Today, with its focus on utility automation/IT now firmly established, pertinent market sectors, applications and business areas are reflected in a wide range of market intelligence programs collectively branded as InfoNetrix Advisory Services (IAS).

Leadership
InfoNetrix was co-founded and is led by Mike Marullo, already an established independent technical market researcher, analyst, and industry consultant for nearly two decades at the time of its founding. Marullo established the firm’s headquarters in New Orleans (Louisiana) under the name InfoNetrix LLC in 2002, the name derived from its foundation pillars: Information and Networks. Marullo serves as President/CEO and Director of Research & Consulting and is the principal architect of the firm’s short- and long-term strategic business planning and development initiatives.

Management Team
InfoNetrix was established with the objective of creating a different kind of research and consulting organization. A pivotal element in the firm’s uniqueness is the experience and expertise resident in its management team, composed entirely of senior – and highly experienced – market research and consulting professionals. Most InfoNetrix analysts have at least 15-20 years of experience; several have 25, 30 or more.
